Weekly Sessions
Weekly sessions are FREE to Junior Active members, £3.30 for leisure card holders and £4.30 for non members. Dance, Rhyme time, Story Time and Music at Berzerk are FREE to Junior Active members and included in the standard entry price for non-members.
General swim for under 5s without the older ones, term time only.
A friendly environment for the little ones. Please note, no unaccompanied children and Under 8s only at Mounts Baths teaching pool.
Unstructured play session for parent and child to enjoy together. Soft shapes, trikes, climbing apparatus and a huge bouncy castle to play on. This is an unsupervised session and parents must accompany children at all times. The Coffeebox at Danes Camp, Duston and Lings Forum are open during these sessions.

Under 5s sports sessions in rugby, football, trampolining and dance. Specifically designed and developed for children aged 18 months to 5 years by early years and playwork professionals, in partnership with qualified sports coaches. These sessions are designed to encourage young children's physical development and gently introduce new skills in a fun, friendly, pressure free environment.
- 18 months to 3 years - must be walking and parent participation is mandatory.
- 3 to 5 years - parent participation is encouraged.

Fun based early years gymnastics and soft play session with movement to action songs and circle time giving parents and children the chance to work towards the Trilogy Proficiency Awards Scheme. Sessions are for 1 to 2 years and 2 to 3 years, children must be walking and accompanied by parents for both sessions.

Physical Activity session aimed at developing basic motor skills in a light hearted ‘boot camp’ format. Sessions incorporate fun multi skilled games and activities for children and their parents to enjoy together. Lots of fun for everyone!

Sing a long and make some noise to well known songs and rhymes

Exercise classes using the buggies as an exercise tool providing both a fitness class with no childcare requirements and a perfect bonding opprtunity for both mum and baby. Children must be able to remain in their buggy for the whole session so it's perfect for new mums! The class is designed and delivered by a post natal qualified fitness instructor.

Are you ready to make lots of noise? Our music and rhymetime offers singing and playing a variety of instruments to your favourite nursery rhymes. Let's make some noise!

Weekly Lessons/Academies
One weekly lesson or academy is included in a Junior Active membership for £21.99 per month.
For 3 and 4 year olds without their parents. Designed to feed into our gymnastics programme by introducing children to the basic skills needed to improve agility, co-ordination and balance. The sessions work towards the Trilogy Proficiency Awards Scheme.
