50+ Healthy Hearts: Gentle aerobic and circuit workout for people 50 years or older.

Aerobics - rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training routines with the goal of improving all elements of fitness

Aqua Aerobics - Aqua Aerobics is a high energy and fun fitness class in which you perform a range of aerobic moves in the pool shown to you by our motivational instructors! No matter what your age, ability or experience aerobics class is an inclusive activity suitable for everyone

Aqua BootcampHigh intensity full body water workout, guaranteed to work your body to its limit! This is not your typical aqua class, so come along if you are prepared to work hard. Suitable for all fitness levels but you do need to be able to swim confidently in deep water.                                   

Aquacise at Mounts Baths: Pool based class for customers with a disability or a mobility condition.

Aqua ZumbaSplash your way into shape with an invigorating low-impact aquatic exercise. Aqua Zumba blends a workout that's cardio-conditioning and body toning.

Body Conditioning: An intense toning class targeting all major muscle groups for all levels of ability.

Boxercise/Kick Boxing: A group workout incorporating boxing techniques, kick, punches, attack and defence combined with aerobic style moves.

BuggyFit – an innovative class specifically designed for new mums, blending cardio with muscle toning moves that gradually increase you fitness. No child care needed! Bring your child strapped into a buggy. All children need to remain in the buggy for the duration. Delivered by a qualified post-natal instructor.

DANCEfit: A complete fat burning cardio-vascular workout to the latest fusion of dance moves and energetic music.

Indoor Cycling - This class is a great cardiovascular workout. Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises

LES MILLS GRIT Cardio: 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increase speed and maximize calorie burn. This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast.

MyRide Studio Coach FAST CLASS: 30 minute, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) classes to maximize your results while reducing training time through an immersive on-screen coach.

MyRide Studio Coach CLASS: 50 minute rides inspired by and delivered to chart-quality music through an immersive on-screen coach.

MyRide Studio Coach DRILLS: 15 minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workouts to maximize your results while reducing training time. Athletic-based coaching drills of strength, endurance and speed synced with high-energy soundtracks will propel you forward through an immersive on-screen coach.

Step ‘n’ Tone – basic step class which is a full-body cardio workout to really tone your butt and thighs.

Sh’Bam - simple yet sassy dance moves, all set to a party playlist. All fitness levels.

Taebo: Incorporates martial arts techniques of the kicks from taekwondo and the punches of boxing in a rapid cardio workout.

Water Circuit Training: Build endurance and increase muscular strength through a range of water based activities

H.I.I.T20/H.I.I.T45: High Intensity Interval Training, intense, fast and furious workout, increasing speed, strength and agility whilst shedding body fat fast

INSANITY: Push your body to the max with high intensity training drills with short periods of rest. Features plyometric, cardio, strength, endurance and core exercises

LES MILLS GRIT Strength: 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast

LES MILLS GRIT Plyo: 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) plyometric-based workout, designed to make you perform like an athlete. Put your metabolism into overdrive, burning calories for hours after the workout.

P90X: Total body, cardio and strength training class that uses dumbbells. Each workout brings a new challenge, so instead of hitting plateaus, you will get fitter with every class you attend! 

SWEAT – a 30 minute rustic bootcamp, circuits type of class! Tyre flipping, sledge pushing, medicine ball throwing -  all pushing you to the max for fast fitness results.

Tabata: A high intensity interval workout. This class will burn fat and increase cardio fitness fast.

TRX Circuits: A mixture of suspension training, combined with power bags and ViPR. Make your body the machine.
