The refurbishments include approx. 35 pieces of state of the art Cybex cardiovascular equipment per gym, new squat racks & functional training rigs along with complete redecoration of the three gyms.

We are delighted to offer this type of training to our customers in all of our gyms making them a very motivating place to exercise.”
