Eleanor Kovacik

Eleanor has been in the Fitness Industry since 2003.  Recent fitness goal has been attending the Miss Galaxy 2013 event as a competitor.

She studied at Northampton Booth Lane and Moulton College and enhanced her knowledge by training in Sports Massage Therapy.

Since then she has developed her knowledge through various workshops with the most recent being a Kettlebell Instructor.

Eleanor has a passion for weight loss, pre and post natal exercise and also likes to deliver high intensity training such as Tabata.

Eleanor’s aim is to work with a variety of clients and help them identify their goals and see them through their own journey to achieve their goals by motivation, support and realistic goal setting.

About Me:

Harleigh has always been interested in sports and health and fitness from a young age. He began playing football for a competitive club from the age of 12 and then also a few years after began playing rugby for a club as well.  Harleigh played at various levels of the sport going from UCL to basic Sunday league football. Harley has coached various age groups in sport and has seen great achievements from the participants. In 2012-2013 Harleigh undertook military training once completed went on to a place in The Royal Army. Due to an injury Harleigh had to leave the military and decided Personal Training was the career for him. Harleigh has a lot of experience to tap into when it comes to his clients fitness and goals and helps drives his clients results.

Luke's background in team sports, Olympic weight lifting and athletics has made him a truly versatile and enthusiastic trainer who can guarantee you results.

 

As a certified Level 3 Advanced Personal Trainer, with extensive knowledge in nutrition, ViPR, suspension training, kettle bell techniques, Olympic lifting, vibration training (including Power Plate) and fitness classes, Luke delivers efficient programming and Personal Training sessions to keep you motivated and focused on achieving your goals.

 

As well as 1:1, Luke also delivers sessions for 2 and small groups. This works best for clients who wish to achieve similar goals.

 

Other interests lie in the music industry for Luke and running his own business so if you need a hand with time management look no further.

Kyran is a certified Level 3 Personal Trainer and can often be seen delivering classes such as H.I.I.T20, Tabata, Outdoor Bootcamp, Circuits and Freestyle Body Pump.  He also has a BTEC Sports Development in Coaching & Fitness to which he gained a Triple Distinction!  His previous  sporting background, playing Rugby for Old Northamptonians RFC, means Kyran is very enthusiastic about the most current functional training protocols and nutrition.  This has led to him recently being fully trained as a very unique ‘FitLight’ Trainer which are training methods used by sport clubs such as Manchester United FC.

Kyran is currently booked on Cybex seminars and workshops throughout the year which will see him enhance his fitness knowledge to offer you the best experience possible when selecting him as your Personal Trainer.

Will is a fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and can often be seen devising tailored gym programmes for people on the gym floor.  Along with regularly   delivering our H.I.I.T20 classes here at Duston, Will is now acting as a cover Instructor for a wide variety of studio classes such as Tabata and Bootcamp.

Will is also qualified as a Kettlercise Instructor, Boxercise Instructor, Circuits  Instructor and is booked onto a Strength and Conditioning course later this year.  Will has a sporting background in Rugby having played for Towcestrians Rugby Club up until the end of last year.  Having this sporting background gave him the passion and drive to give his all on and off the field and he transfers that into his PT sessions

James has worked in the Fitness Industry since 2008 and is a fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer.  He can often be seen covering classes such as Abs Blaster, H.I.I.T, Tabata and Freestyle Grit across our sites.  He is also the new face delivering our Outdoor Bootcamp here at Duston.  He has also          completed practical workshops such as BeaverFit’s Functional Training Protocols    allowing him to adapt and progress your workouts to the next level! 

James is popular for his capability to offer joint PT sessions which allow his clients to share the hourly cost of sessions with a friend.  He provides nutrition programs for all his clients alongside specific targets and goals to complete to keep you motivated ready for your next session.  His expertise ranges from weight loss to strength & conditioning but is open to all clients including        elderly and disabled.

Johnny has been in this industry for 7 years and is now working in a variety of gyms.  He discovered a passion for fitness when studying Sport & Exercise Science alongside the Basketball Academy at Moulton College.  This led to him completing his level 2 Fitness Instructor & 3 Personal Trainer courses.  These courses then allowed him a platform to qualify in fitness courses such as Exercise to Music, Indoor Cycling, Nutrition & Weight Management, Studio   Resistance and Strength & Conditioning. 

Johnny soon went on to complete a degree in Sports Development at Northampton Uni.  Whilst here he worked with a highly regarded coach from Newcastle United & Northampton Town FC which has had a huge effect on his current coaching methods. Johnny currently coaches and plays for a local  basketball team in the national league and understands what it takes to take training & Performance to the next level!

George is a Personal Trainer with extensive knowledge within bodybuilding competition preparation, compound weight lifting and nutrition. He holds a Diploma in Instructing Exercise & Fitness and also has qualifications in Functional Training. His background is in his favourite team sport rugby, alongside his passion and experience in bodybuilding and Powerlifting make George an extremely motivating trainer. He is well known within Trilogy as being a very positive individual who can provide fun and rewarding 1-2-1 Personal Training sessions for all his clients.

George has high attendance figures within his weekly Trilogy classes at Duston Sports Centre . This is primarily down to his fitness knowledge, teaching style and the rewards it brings. His classes include HITT20 on the gym floor and Tabata on Monday evenings. He also covers classes such as BLT, Freestyle Pump and Circuits.

 Reece is a highly motivated individual and incredibly passionate about his job role as a Personal Trainer for Trilogy.  Having successfully completed an A Level in Sports Science Reece has since gone on to gain his NVQ L2 Fitness Instructor and NVQ L3 Personal Trainer qualifications.  His studies as a Personal Trainer have gained him knowledge in areas such as advanced resistance training protocols, weight loss programming and nutrition & healthy eating.

From the age of 16-18 Reece played rugby at a high level but a major injury prevented him from pursuing the sport he loves.  Since then he has focused his attention within the gym floor environment.  Reece can be spotted delivering HITT20 classes in the functional training area and also covering classes on the timetable such as Tabata and Circuits.  He will also be 1 of 2 instructors delivering our Outdoor Bootcamp this Summer.  Reece is currently booked onto Cybex seminars and workshops throughout the year which will see him enhance his fitness knowledge to offer you the best experience possible when selecting him to reach your fitness goals

Ksenija (Kes) is a fully qualified Personal Trainer with additional specialist qualifications in Ante/Post Natal exercise prescription, Older Adult Coaching, GP Referral, and has also completed a university degree in Health & Exercise.  She considers herself a hard-worker and will do her best to help you in reaching your goals through personalised programmes, nutritional advice and consistent motivation.

Throughout her life Kes has participated in a number of sports, her favourite being volleyball, which she played for 4 years. Her hobbies are belly dancing, exercising and spending time with friends. Kes believes that exercise is a unique medicine for a lot of health issues nowadays, hence, she loves helping people in becoming healthier by exercising more and eating the healthy foods.

Elaine has always had an acute passion towards health, fitness, sport, and nutrition. Her passion has enabled her to gain Level 4 recognition which is currently one of the highest levels of achievement within the Health and Fitness Industry. Her qualifications and experience covers areas such as Functional Nutrition and Weight Loss Management, Injury Prevention, Medical Conditions and Rehabilitation, Obesity & Diabetes and Lower Back Pain Management.

She is currently studying for a Degree in Sports Therapy which will enable her to restore function and strength following a sports specific injury.

With her open, honest and friendly personality, alongside her motivational and sustainable approach, she adopts a driven, versatile and variable teaching manner to ensure you can achieve your goals!
