map markerChristmas Comes Early For Trilogy Gym Members With £750k Makeover

MountsGym1215Northampton Leisure Trust (NLT) has completed the refurbishment of its Trilogy gyms at Danes Camp, Mounts Baths & Lings Forum Leisure Centres in time for Christmas following a £750k investment. The refurbishments include approx. 35 pieces of state of the art Cybex cardiovascular equipment per gym, new squat racks & functional training rigs along with complete redecoration of the three gyms.

The refurbishment also includes the installation of a new staircase at Lings Forum linking the free weights area to the main gym. This enables customers to flow between the two areas with greater ease during their workout.  The introduction of the latest functional training equipment across all Trilogy gyms means customers can benefit from this popular method of training at whichever Trilogy gym they choose in Northampton.

John Fletcher, Head of Business & Commercial Activity for NLT comments “Functional training is all about natural moves that people perform in their everyday lives such as pulling, pushing, squatting and lunging. It’s a very efficient way of working out, perfect for busy lives and because there are so many different pieces of equipment to try out there is plenty to experiment with for a full body work out. We are delighted to offer this type of training to our customers in all of our gyms making them a very motivating place to exercise.”

December also sees the launch of the new studio class programme across all Trilogy gyms with more than 200 classes on offer every week. Trilogy membership is just £26 per month and includes unlimited swimming, gym, fitness classes and health suite use as well as free cinema and off peak racket sports.
