Northampton Leisure Trust has launched its new and exciting programme of activities that will take place over the summer holiday period for children of all ages.  A Family Funday is taking place on Saturday 19 July at Lings Forum Leisure Centre and will have more than 20 different activities to try – there is something for everyone!

As well as being able to give trampolining, football, basketball, martial arts and swimming a try, there will be face painting, reptile display, arts & crafts, activities for under 5’s and many more. A colouring competition will also be running on the day with a 6 month Junior Active membership on offer as the prize.

The Funday is free to Junior Active members, and just £3 to anyone else. There is no need to book, just come along on Saturday between 1pm and 6pm.

Ian Redfern, Managing Director of Northampton Leisure Trust said: “We offer a huge range of fun sports and healthy activities for young people to get involved in across our four leisure centres and community venues across Northampton.  The Family Funday is a great way to find out more about the huge number of activities we are organising for the school holidays.”
