When you love what you do it shows…..

Here at Northampton Leisure Trust we currently manage six leisure facilities across Northampton • Berzerk Children’s Activity Centre • Cripps Recreation Centre • Danes Camp Leisure Centre • Duston Sports Centre • Lings Forum Leisure Centre & the Forum Cinema • Mounts Baths.  We have a Sport, Play & Health Development Team who deliver activities in the local communities and within our facilities. We also own a stand-alone gym in Peterborough - Trilogy Peteborough.

With memberships from as low as £19.95 our prices are low, but it doesn’t mean our standards are. On the contrary, we know our staff are leaders in their field. Positive, motivated people with more energy than a room full of Les Mill’s instructors!

The Trust has come a long way in the last few years and we’ve got big, bold plans to grow in the future. To make the plans a reality we are looking for, committed, thriving and creative new members of staff.

We are as passionate about our staff as we are about our customers, and encourage everyone to take part in activity (you can by using our facilities free of charge - just one of the perks when you join us).

Quite simply, we only employ people who are as passionate about our vision of “Inspiring Active Lifestyles” as we are and share our values. We want to provide the best experience for our customers through friendly and approachable staff who are experts within their fields.

We reward our hard working staff with excellent training and career development opportunities and they also enjoy a range great benefits and special offers.  See the full list of benefits below:
